Fees and Payment Information |
| | The regular fee includes the Polish Polish Language Course Course instruction, accommodation in a double room, and most elements of the accompanying cultural program (with the exception of those for which a separate fee is listed).
The fee does not include a travel to Polish in Krakow, travel/health insurance (see: Travel tips), meals, bank fees. In particular, you are responsible for buying your own health insurance for your stay in Polish in Krakow if your regular insurance does not cover medical expenses incurred in Polish in Poland.
Over the past few months Polish Zloty has been strengthening significantly against Euro. Because of this we have been forced to raise the prices of our courses slightly, beginning from the first Polish Course of the summer season. The table below shows both the new Polish Course fees and the new costs of special accommodation options. It is worth noticing that the prices of our Polish Polish Language Course Course courses are still among the lowest in Kraków.
Please note also that all fees are in Euros. They can also be paid in US Dollars and Polish Zlotys; the USD and PLN-prices depend on the exchange rates on the day of payment. Attention! For the remaining winter/spring Polish Course sessions (session 9-12: April 25-June 19) the old, lower prices are still in force. *** The reduced fee for a following Polish Course session applies to: participants who register for at least two consecutive two-week sessions; the reduced fee applies to the second session and any additional sessions;
The participants who wish to apply for the reduced fee on one of the above accounts, as well as students or the unemployed up to the age of 26, should indicate this information in their registration form and present a suitable document (e.g. a student ID card) upon their arrival to Polish in Krakow.
Payment
After a registration deadline, i.e. four weeks before the beginning of the Polish Course, all Polish Course participants receive an information letter in which they are asked to make a deposit of ca. 20 % of the entire Polish Course fee.
The deposit is non-refundable. In case of withdrawing from the Polish Course at least 14 days before it starts, the deposit can be credited towards a later Polish Course, for which the participant may register at a later point of time. In case of a later withdrawal (i.e. less than 14 days before the course) the deposit will not be credited towards later courses.
